Modes
Choose where the creator’s 60% of the fee goes. You, dividend, and burns.
Mode only changes who gets the creator share. The market and lock stay the same. The trade tax is 0–10% (default 2%), same on buy and sell. Fees start as the pair quote (ETH, USDC, $BASECAT, a wrapped major, or a stock token such as AAPL).

| Slice | What happens to that part of the creator share | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| You | You (or a small team split) claim the quote. Recipient is this wallet only. | You want to earn fees in the pair asset. |
| Dividend | Every holder can claim, in line with how much they hold. | You want holders paid as people trade. |
Protocol (30%) and referrer (10%) do not change with this pie.
Dividend token (frozen at launch):
- Quote — holders claim the pair asset. Works on every pair.
- This token — holders claim more of the new coin. ETH pairs only.
- Custom stock — holders claim a listed tokenized stock. ETH and USDC pairs only. Not a free address field.
Pair rules and the burn rows: Burns and dividends.
This is not:
- BASE 1 Rewards points on
/rewards(the future platform-token track) - A first-buy airdrop (a one-time send of the new coin at launch)
- Equity or a broker stock dividend
Selling without claiming gives up what was waiting. The first claim can be empty if little has traded yet — try again later.
Burns
| Slice | What it does |
|---|---|
| Burn this coin | Fees buy this coin and burn it. ETH pairs only. |
| Burn $BASECAT | Fees buy $BASECAT and burn it. Base only. Shared across coins that opt in. |
Team split (You slice only)
You can split your lane across 2–4 wallets. Shares must add to 100% of You. That split freezes at launch. Dividends never go to those wallets.
Community takeover
The original launcher address stays on the coin. Only fee claim rights can move, in two steps: the current owner proposes, the new wallet accepts. Announcements follow the current fee owner.
A takeover does not unlock liquidity or allow minting.
